Overview

We provides professional and standardized after-sales support for all commercial cleaning robots. The Seller provides 1-year hardware warranty and lifetime free general software upgrades, effective from the day after the Buyer’s formal acceptance. Free software upgrades do not cover major version iterative upgrades, functional expansion development or customized development based on special individual requirements. Detailed service contents are as follows:


1. Free Training Service:
The Seller provides one-time free professional operation and maintenance training for each order. The specific training scheme shall be formulated by the Seller. Additional repeated training shall be charged at standard official rates.


2. Professional After-Sales Support:
The Seller provides professional technical after-sales support for cleaning robot products.


3. Service Liability Limitation:
The Seller’s after-sales service is limited to technical support for normal product application. The Seller shall not be liable for any economic loss caused by non-intrinsic quality defects of the products.


4. Warranty Exclusion Terms:
The following conditions are not covered by free warranty:

  • Damage caused by abnormal manual operation, human destruction, accidental collision or natural disasters.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification or structural adjustment of any product parts by the Buyer or any third party.
  • Equipment failure caused by operation not in accordance with official operation specifications, including but not limited to water ingress damage caused by improper manual operation.
  • All consumable parts including Floor Washing Filter Bag, Floor Washing Roller Brush, Water Absorption Rubber Strip, Vacuum Roller Brush, Dust Bag, HEPA filter and Side Brush, etc. are excluded from the warranty scope. The Seller reserves the final interpretation right of all after-sales service terms.
